Registration Information

Registration headache? Not this year! Registration time is just around the corner and this year we are trying something new. Every year parents struggle with scheduling their summer around school registration, so this year we will not be limiting registration as we have done in the past.

To register your students click on the Infinite Campus link.

Students new to the district can be registered here, although we recommend new students register at the office of the building they will be attending.

Starting on August 1st of 2019, any students returning to the Oelwein School District can only be registered online through the Infinite Campus Parent Portal. Log in to the parent portal and click ‘Online Registration’ at the bottom left of the screen to begin. If you do not have internet access or a computer, you can use the computers at the public library. You can also go to Oelwein Middle School and we will have computers available during normal hours (8:00 - 3:30 Monday – Friday).

If you need a little extra help during the online registration process, or if you need help logging in to the Parent Portal, we will also have a help hotline available from 8:00 - 3:30 Monday - Friday. You can reach the hotline by calling 319-238-8895 or you can send an email to cbraun@oelweinschools.com.

If you are new to our district, we ask that you do register in person at Oelwein Middle School between 8:00 - 3:30 Monday- Friday, August 1 - 14.

Activity passes and Driver’s Ed classes will not be paid for during registration this year, rather you can pay for them in person at the high  school office. A list of fees can be found here.

For information about registering for the alternative high school, please call the high school office at 319-283-2731.
