  • "As-Is, Where-Is" Clause: The vehicle is sold strictly in its current condition at its current location. The Oelwein Community School District provides no warranties, express or implied, regarding mechanical operational status or structural integrity.
  • Removal Liability: The buyer assumes total responsibility, financial liability, and logistical costs for all labor, loading, and transportation required to remove the vehicle from school grounds.
  • Removal Deadline: The vehicle must be successfully removed from district premises within five (5) business days of purchase.
  • Right of Refusal: Oelwein Community School District reserves the right to accept or reject any and all offers, waive informalities, and award items in the manner deemed most advantageous to the district.
