Attention parents of 6th and 8th grade students
All 6th and 8th grade students will be taking the Iowa Youth Survey very soon. Please read the letter below and contact the OMS office if you DO NOT want your child to take the Iowa Youth Survey. We will be completing this survey before Nov. 12th!
